Surgical Expertise

Dr. Martin Stepanyan performs State of the Art surgical procedures through his entire career, including but not limited to:

1. Open Rhinoplasty for Primary, Revision, and Reconstructive Rhinoplasties

We call this a “PrecisionProfile, ElegantEdge Rhinoplasty”since the focus is on meticulous planning and execution, enhancing patient’s profile with an expertly crafted rhinoplasty procedure that maintains a natural appearance. Combining elegance and precision, this procedure offers tailored rhinoplasty solutions designed to refine and enhance patient’s nasal contours while preserving a natural look.

2. Deep Plane Facelift combined with a Superficial Lift

Also referred to as a Multi-Planer, Multi-Vector Facelift, the most natural result is achieved since the facial tissues are lifted via Sub-SMAS dissection and a Multi-Vector Lift. The skin is then lifted via subcutaneous dissection followed by a passive Multi-Vector Lift, preserving the natural appearance of the Ears and Mouth and resulting in the best possible natural result.

3. Neck Lift with Platysmaplasty and Submental Liposuction combined with the Deep Plane Facelift.
4. Isolated Cervicoplasty with Platysmaplasty and Submental Liposuction

Dr. Stepanyan has performed this procedure for over 20 years, exactly as described in his article, in combination with the full facelift or lower face and neck lift, or as an isolated procedure in certain cases when there are proper indications.  This can be the case with younger individuals with a double chin. It is performed utilizing small 2cm almost invisible incision in the sub-mental (under the chin) crease.

5. Endoscopic Brow and Forehead Lift

Using the State of the Art technique with the Endoscope and mini-plate fixation through invisible small incisions behind the hairline, this technique provides the most accurate and precise positioning of the brows, with the most natural and youthful appearance.

6. Endoscopic Mid-Facelift with or without Cheek implants

Using the State of the Art technique with the Endoscope and mini-plate fixation through invisible small incisions behind the hairline and intra-oral (inside the mouth) incisions and sub-periosteal dissection are made in the entire mid-face area. The technique is a combination of the Endoscopic Forehead and Brow lift with the Mid-Face lift. It provides the most accurate and precise positioning of the forehead, brows, and the elevation of the entire Mid-Face, all through invisible incisions. The results are outstanding, with appropriate indications for it, especially if there is no need to address the patient’s lower face and neck. It can also be combined with the Isolated Cervicoplasty with Platysmaplasty and Submental Liposuction (described above) utilizing small 2cm almost invisible incision in the sub-mental (under the chin) crease.

7. Endoscopic Facelift with or without Cheek and Chin implants

Using the State of the Art technique with the Endoscope and mini-plate fixation through invisible small incisions behind the hairline and intra-oral (inside the mouth) incisions and sub-periosteal dissection of the entire mid-face and lower face, including the jowl region, by extending the intra-oral subperiosteal dissection along the entire lower jaw. The technique is a combination of the Endoscopic Forehead and Brow lift with the Mid-Face lift and Subperiosteal Lower Facelift. It provides the most accurate and precise positioning of the forehead, brows, and the elevation of the entire Mid-Face and the Face, all through invisible incisions. The results are outstanding, with appropriate indications for it, particularly when the patient requires only vertical superior and superior-lateral (upward with upper sideward direction) vectors for the lift. It can and mostly should be combined with the Isolated Cervicoplasty with Platysmaplasty and Submental Liposuction (described above) utilizing small 2cm almost invisible incision in the sub-mental (under the chin) crease.
