This patient presented with complete one-sided paralysis of the face. A Reconstructive Asymmetrical Facelift with Asymmetrical Endoscopic Brow Lift and Asymmetrical Upper and Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Left Canthopexy were performed. Additionally, she also had a Neck Lift with Submental Neck Liposuction and Platysmaplasty and Chin Augmentation with Chin Implant and Laser Skin Resurfacing.
